No. Your sailor account, trip search, direct enquiries and saved search email alerts are free. The Free and Unlimited provider plans apply to publishing sailing trip listings. The sailing trip itself is priced separately by its provider.
SailTripFinder welcomes sailing trip providers of different kinds: independent organisers, skippers, sailing schools, charter companies, travel agencies and other businesses offering sailing experiences.
You can have one active sailing trip with one departure date, one cover photo and up to three gallery photos. You can also save one separate draft. Published trips and trips awaiting review count towards the active trip limit.
Choose Unlimited when you offer several routes, repeat the same trip on different dates or want to prepare multiple listings in advance. The planned price is €155.40 per year, including VAT where applicable. Paid subscriptions are coming soon.

If the subscription ends or expires, the discount ends and is not reinstated when a new subscription starts. Optional promotion extras are excluded. Free registrations and complimentary trials do not reserve a place.

VAT is not added on top of these displayed prices. The applicable tax treatment on your invoice depends on your location and whether you purchase as a business or a private individual. Trip views and enquiry statistics are included with Unlimited. They help you understand how much interest your listings receive. Statistics access is not included in Free.
Yes, with Unlimited you can add multiple departures to the same trip, each with its own dates, price and available places. Free includes one departure date per trip.
No. Sailors can send an enquiry from your trip page without creating an account. They provide their contact details so you can reply directly. A security check helps protect enquiries from visitors without an account.
Yes. Open My Trips to edit your description, photos, dates, prices or available places within your plan limits. Submit the updated listing for review when you are ready.
No. Sailors contact you directly, and you arrange the booking and trip payment with them. The provider plan covers your listings on SailTripFinder.
You arrange the booking directly with the interested sailor, including availability, confirmation, payment and cancellation conditions. SailTripFinder sends you the enquiry; it does not collect the payment for the sailing trip.
No. Additional promotion options will be offered separately as they become available. These may include highlighted trips, homepage placements and newsletter features.
No. Creating a free account or publishing your free trip does not start a paid subscription. You can choose a paid plan when subscriptions become available.
